Executive dysfunction is real! This book was created to provide some of the quirky out of the box "hacks" that others have found helpful when overcoming the executive dysfunction.
The collection has ten pages to help you find some weird new tools that will hopefully help your brain get back on track. This isn't designed to be a one size fits all. Some may work for you, some may not. The goal is to try the new things and remind yourself to be the weird, fun, creative person you are. Go be great!
